Metal stamp press Model 40B: Numbering & lettering press
The NumberAll 40B is manually operated. Just spin the dial & pull the lever to stamp. The metal stamper stamps to the set depth and clarity, then automatically advances to the next character position, maintaining a straight, evenly spaced line with a professional look.
Model 40B characters available on every size character wheel. Standard dials are engraved with 42 characters as follows:

This metal stamping machine will stamp up to 5″ x 7″ nameplates with multiple lines adjusted by easily sliding the work table. The work table has a guide to show the next line position & can be effortlessly duplicated on each new plate with constant (adjustable) character depth creating a professional look. After reaching the end of a line, the carriage can be returned quickly to the starting point.
Spacing is accomplished by a half stroke of the operating lever. Plates up to 5’ wide by unlimited height can be stamped to within 4-1/4″ from top of plate. A standard table is 6×8-1/2″. We can furnish a longer table and rack if required. A standard plate clamp, which clamps up to 1/8″ thick plates, is furnished. Depth of impression is adjustable by a knurled on the bottom of machine.
If you require more than one character size for your metal stamping press, you can order additional easy-to-change character wheels and spacing racks. Each size change requires a character wheel to control the character size and a spacing rack to control the character spacing.
Stamping in specific areas of a tag or plate with this metal stamp press is easily controlled with printed or stamped template. – Stamp company name, serial number, model, date, etc.. Where you want them with a professional appearance and accuracy.
