Steel sheet is brass plated and polished
to a high gloss, then covered with a glass clear coating and finally
covered with a color coating. ~ ~ ~ |

These plates are then laser engraved
to remove the top color coating, exposing brass colored text & graphics
on a colored plate. This process gives non-tarnishing brass designs
because the laser engraving removes only the top color coating but does
not remove the clear coating over the brass. ~ ~ ~ |

Recommended for indoor use & where
beautiful plates are required. |
